Hey guys, I'm gonna try to get us a domain name and a real site soon, but I need to know what you'd prefer for a domain name, I have some options above, lemme know what you think.

Remember, we want a domain name that's easy to remember, so that if anyone forgets to bookmark it, they can still find it.

Well the thing about .coms and .nets if that they're usually taken, so the best .com I could find has a hyphen.

well then if we can't get the second one the first one is good, tbh i'm more interested in the site itself than the domain main lol

The second one is fine with me, I just seemed to remember someone saying they didn't like hyphens in URLs.

Oh, another thing we should discuss; what board type should we get? I mean, we're hoping to get an IP. Board of our own at some point, but maybe a transitional board would be a good idea. IP. Board has a free conversion script for the following boards:

# SMF 1.1 and 2.0
# vBulletin 3.8

Which do you guys think? SMF is what we had when we were hosted on CPSGames.net, and MyBB is what Squeebs is using right now. Those are the two I'm leaning towards, but what do you guys think?

Although... PhpBB3 looks pretty nice as well, I dunno, maybe we should go with that.

Well SMF was a nice forum. But MyBB has also been growing on me for some time. PHPBB3 is a nice setup though. Very functional.

To be honest they all seem very nice from what I checked out. I however much choose SMF for personal preference and because many of the places I tend to frequent has that type. So there you have it, SMF is my choice.

Ive worked a long time with Phpbb3 forums, and its very functionnal, so my vote is phpbb3.
